SIDA will provide a limited number of grants (air ticket, logging and/or inscription) for participants (mainly students), with high quality papers of low income countries coming from Latin-America and the Caribbean. These grants will be managed and assigned by the Congress organization.

The organization will give priority to papers on Environment and Poverty.

Inter-American Development Bank The IDB-Netherlands Water Partnership Program (INWAP)

INWAP is a joint effort between the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Government of the Netherlands to promote the international principles of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) and support implementation of these principles in Bank operations throughout Latin America and the Caribbean .

INWAP will provide a limited number of grants (air ticket, logging and/or inscription) for participants (mainly researchers and doctoral students), with high quality papers on economic of water. These grants will be managed and assigned by the Congress organization.
